The project youareme  • boundless is a presentation of the publication aimed at involving a young Ukrainian jet-set audience in a discussion of ontological questions arising from the writing of two monumental artists Valery Lamakh and Freepulia. Where do “I” finish and where does the “outside world” start? Ukrainian ontological programme that is manifested by these artists is: you are me, we are boundless. Present-day digital technologies when pursuing unification threaten to eliminate the overlooked other’s transcendental codes that structure languages and worldviews. Can we change society's structure by rethinking our relationship with the world and ourselves? Event participants are offered an opportunity to generate their poster featuring a chosen message that reflects their ‘schematic’ feeling of the world. 

 

The deliverables are a bilingual publication, booklets, promotional posters and a prototype of the participants' generated posters, and an event programme and website prototype. The project contributes to decolonisation discourse and signifies the need to preserve local endangered modernist art heritage.
